Some suppliers provide skins and stems from the grape variety with the juice to use during the fermentation process to enhance the wine.  We skip the part of processing and pressing the grapes and use high quality grape juice from several different suppliers.  This gives us greater flexibility to make wine from several different varieties of grapes.

From Day 1 to Bottling will take 56 days/8 weeks.  This does not include Aging, which can vary depending on the variety of grape or style of wine you are making.  As an example a sweet Moscato could be enjoyed immediately though it may benefit from a little age, while a White wine can be enjoyed in as little as 3 – 6 months and a Red Wine will peak at about 12 – 18 months.  The key take away is to allow enough time for your wine to age in the bottle before you plan on enjoying it.
